The First, Second and Third Expert Working Group Meetings in Beijing took place on 6 May, 30 May and 27 June 2008 at the ACCA21 office in Beijing and focussed on issues similar to the European meeting to ensure project alignment. The meetings with the Chinese partners of the consortium were held more frequently to ensure close cooperation between the European and Chinese partners. The Chinese ToC and Workplan were developed and the questionnaire distributed to targeted stakeholders.
